This problem often happens when premises do not complete the Waste Information Tab. This may cause waste receiver name is not displayed and cannot be selected
Consignment notes that have been submitted cannot be updated or deleted. Premises must contact the Waste Recipient (receiver) and request the receiver to reject the consignment note. Once the receiver rejects that consignment note, premises need to fill up the new consignment note again by entering the correct information

Premises can find Consignment Note in the ECN History-> Consignment Note
This problem often happens because the premises do not fill up the quantity generated in Inventory Addition. Therefore, eSWIS does not allow consignment note to be generated without any quantity on hand in Inventory
